The Padel Highlight of 2025: The One Point Challenge by PadelCity!

On May 1, 2025, Dortmund will become the center of the European padel scene as the One Point Challenge (OPC) brings together the best of the best. Teams from all over Europe will battle for the ultimate point – and a prize of €10,000.

    Friendly event were the objective is have fun playing padel and meet new people to play future matches.
    Introduce yourself to the other players and feel free to ask other participants to organise matches.
    It is a social event so we encourage it to be organized by the players.
    Although the padel city team will always be there to help with whatever is needed.
    Level: Beginner-intermediate
    Play mode: play 1 set. Then look if there are players waiting ( they will have preference to join the next match ) ask other players if they want to play, to change partners…
    Don’t play a few matches in the row with the same players.
    Time of each match: 20-30 min max.

     10.00 - 12.30

    Tournament format with 12-24 players. Players compete in fixed 2-player teams. Depending on the number of players, there are 3-6 courts where matches are played. Each court represents a league. Each team starts on a randomly selected court. The tournament lasts for 2 hours, and there is a promotion and relegation system. Each match lasts for 15 minutes. Points are not counted as usual with 15, 30, 40, game, but as 1, 2, 3, 4, and so on. The winning team advances, and the losing team is relegated. The winners of the last match on the highest court win the tournament.
    When will be played?
    Adcanced: 08.00 - 10.30 PM
