Important information
Dear Padel Citizens,
We want to inform you that our Padel vanue in Bielefeld is not heated. During the winter months, temperatures inside the hall can get quite low.
To make your visit as comfortable as possible, we recommend:
- Warm sports clothing: Dress in layers to stay warm while playing.
- Warm-up exercises: Take enough time for a thorough warm-up to prevent injuries.
- Hot drinks: Feel free to bring along a warm drink to enjoy between games.
We are continuously working to improve the conditions for you and appreciate your understanding.

We’d love to play 24/7, but recovery is key to the quality of the next game.
Our INDOOR courts are ready for you during the following hours:
MONDAY – FRIDAY
8 AM – 10 PM
SATURDAY – SUNDAY AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
9 AM – 8 PM
FROM MAY 1, 2025
Before and after your padel match, you can enjoy everything Sportland has to offer during regular opening hours:
Weekdays: 8 AM – 10 PM
Weekends: 9 AM – 8 PM
Book rental rackets (or add them to your booking)
Visit the restaurant to refuel
Use the showers and changing rooms free of charge
Book the sauna at the counter for an extra fee
Pricing
Pay & Pay and play. Let’s keep it simple. Here you find the prices for your spot and timeslot (duration 60 minutes).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
PayPal, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (all bookings are made via PadelCity app)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation is free of charge within 60 minutes of booking. A cancellation fee of 3% of the booking fees will be charged up to 24 hours before the match. From 24 hours before the start of the game, 100% of the booking fees apply. The cost of rental clubs will be fully refunded. Special cancellation conditions apply to open matches. These are described in the FAQ section of our app.
BAD WEATHER POLICY
In case of bad weather, our club manager decides on the playability of the courts. If booked matches cannot be played due to weather conditions, you can choose whether we should make a rebooking for you at the same price or issue you a voucher equal to the booking value. If your match is interrupted due to weather conditions, we will refund the booking fees proportionally. You can find all details about our ‘Bad Weather Policy’ in the FAQ section of our app.
Rackets & balls
Balls and rackets are part of the game! You can rent rackets from us. Simply add these to your court booking with the PadelCity app for €3 per racket. Balls can be purchased on-site.
FOOD & DRINKS
Happy times also off the court. After the game, it’s time for overtime. The after-match beer is just as much a part of the experience as the still water at Sportland Dornberg. By the way, food is served there starting at 5:00 PM.
