PayPal, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay (all bookings are made via the PadelCity App)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations are free of charge within 60 minutes after booking. Up to 24 hours before the match, a cancellation fee of 3% of the booking fees will be charged. From 24 hours before the match start, 100% of the booking fees will be charged. Costs for rental rackets will be fully refunded. Special cancellation policies apply for Open Matches. These are described in our app in the FAQ section.
BAD WEATHER POLICY
In case of bad weather, our club manager decides whether the courts are playable. If booked matches cannot be played due to weather conditions, you can choose whether we reschedule for the same price or issue you a voucher for the booking value. If a weather-related match interruption occurs during your match, we will refund the booking fees proportionally. All details about our “Bad Weather Policy” can be found in the FAQ section of our app.
RACKETS & BALLS
Balls and rackets are part of the game! You can rent rackets from us. Simply add these to your court booking with the PadelCity app for €3 per racket. Balls can be purchased on-site.
FOOD & DRINKS
Happy times also off-court. After the game, overtime. The after-match beer is included, as is the energy drink between games.
